Note positions of skater and parking meter

The IceSkater was placed at (or near) the center point of the ground.

Center point of ground may or may not be aligned with the center point of the world. 

Parking meter was placed a little in front of, and to the left of the ice skater.

Also, the skater's arms don't align with red axis.
